The Suprax glass domes are extremely heat resistant and protect the flame from wind, rain and snow. Lesser quality glass can crack in rain / snow!
Independent of batteries and electricity, this is the most reliable source of light in your kit, providing light for up to 20 hours on a single tank.
An external wick winder gives you control of the flame's height without having to get your fingers near the flame.
 
* The Zinc Plated model is not powder coated (hence the lower price). The Bronze, Sparkling Iron, Soft Beige and Nordic Grey have additional powder coats to achieve the colour (hence the higher prices).
